It’s very normal to feel concerned and anxious, when suffering from this pain. We are experts at dealing with this condition and will always reassure you and guide you through step by step, making sure your worries are addressed.
We may refer for diagnostic imaging if necessary, depending on severity of symptoms. In most cases, this is not needed.
If you’re experiencing these symptoms, we advise you to get in contact with the clinic, as this condition is managed well with non-invasive care, if treated promptly.
As every individual’s presentation is different, we will tailor the plan depending on what is needed. We will typically provide spinal adjustments, soft tissue manipulation/mobilisation and will prescribe gentle stretching based exercises.
