New Patients

Your Partner in Better Health

If you have not previously attended the clinic, you will need to book in for an initial consultation appointment. This appointment can last up to 45 minutes and will typically include treatment. We will send you an online form to fill in, before you attend the initial appointment. This is very important, as it gives us information on you and helps us to understand your problem in more detail.

At the start of the new patient appointment, we will refer to your online form and complete further notes to fully understand how to help you in the best way possible. We’ll then complete a thorough examination, followed by a summary of the findings and proceed with a tailored program to suit your needs. We will typically perform treatment on the first visit, if we think it’s safe to do so. Our treatment programmes are designed to help you in the short and long term, to ensure you feel better.

Where can I park?

You can park for up to an hour, free of charge, in Midland Drive. This road is less than a minute’s walk from the clinic. Alternatively, the Railway road car park, opposite the clinic, is charged at 70p for up to an hour.

The closest rail station is Sutton Coldfield Station, followed by Four Oaks Station.

Nearby Bus stops include Midland Drive, Sutton Town Hall, Gracechurch Shopping Centre.

It’s best to wear flexible, relaxed clothing to the appointment, if possible. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible. We will typically need access to the body part in question, to fully understand what the problem is. We may ask you to dress down into your underwear, if you have a lower body complaint. If this is the case, please bring a pair of shorts to change into as an alternative.

We accept card and cash payments.

No, you don’t have to be experiencing pain, to book an assessment. It is recommended to make an appointment as a way to prevent pain from arising and to feel in tip top shape. Pain is usually a sign that the bodily function has faltered somewhere, and needs urgent attention. Sutton Coldfield Chiropractic recommends that you’re proactive to prevent pain and dysfunction, rather than reactive.
